What You Can Expect
Morning Mindset & Journaling
Start each day with quiet reflection and intentional goal-setting. Before the rush of activity, we carve out time for mindfulness and personal journaling —helping you reset, refocus, and take ownership of your growth.
Movement & Challenge
Each morning kicks off with a group hike, light run, or yoga session — designed to wake up your body and get you grounded before the day’s main adventure. Whether you're scaling canyons or hitting the trails, every challenge is an opportunity to push limits and expand your mental resilience.
Unplug & Connect
Step away from the noise — no phones, no distractions, just the experience. Fully immerse yourself in nature, break from the daily grind, and reconnect with what matters. As the day winds down, gather around the fire for a shared meal, stories, and real conversations with like-minded builders and entrepreneurs.
Pushing Limits in the Wild
From canyoneering to hiking and trail rucking, each day is packed with activities that challenge both mind and body. This isn’t about extreme endurance — it’s about stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing the thrill of adventure.
Meet Our Activity Guide
Addison Bain
With great gratitude, I have the privilege of serving as the head coach and owner of a functional athletic training facility in Bentonville, Arkansas—a cherished cycling destination that boasts over 500+ miles of trails known for their trail diversity and connectivity. In October 2022, LAB One Two opened its doors in Northwest Arkansas with a dual focus. Firstly, our programs are designed to support and guide community members on their health and wellness journeys. Secondly, we are dedicated to working with aspiring development teams, young riders, accomplished professional riders, and esteemed USA National Cycling Team members.
In tandem, I have been actively collaborating with other training facilities across North America, leveraging my expertise to implement strategic plans that enhance their offerings and services. Beyond LAB One Two, I also work with PerformX Training with Todd Schumlick, based in Squamish, Canada, where I specialize in Strength and Conditioning for Professional Action Sports Athletes around the world- including individuals like Richie Rude, Cody Kelley, Kate Lawrence, and other world-class athletes. My role involves developing and implementing routines to support athletes throughout their competition year, both in-season and off-season.
My journey in the fitness and training industry was sparked by my childhood passion for racing BMX and road bikes. I pursued a degree in Graphic Design and Athletic Training at Fort Lewis in Durango, CO, which led me to the opportunity to join and race for the Lindenwood University Cycling Team in St. Louis. I later had the privilege of traveling and racing for the Fuji Geox Test Team in Oostkamp, Belgium.
A car crash in 2010 shifted my focus, prompting me to retire from road cycling and transition into the fitness and training arena. For the past 14 years, I've been dedicated to training athletes of all levels.
In July 2014, I built my first training facility, Farmhouse Performance Lab- located in Minnesota- from the ground up, handling everything from the physical infrastructure and website to graphic design and personnel management. In March 2019, I made the successful decision to sell the business.
These experiences have culminated in my current ownership of LAB One Two in Northwest Arkansas as of 2024. I am passionate about continuing to make a positive impact in the sports training and fitness industry.
